MYLUXE Atelier Oy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online marketplace and a store located in Helsinki. By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms govern your use of our website and services, including browsing, purchasing, and selling pre-loved luxury items.



 

2. Products and Pricing

  • Product Information
    All items on MyLuxe are authenticated pre-loved luxury goods. Product descriptions and images are provided to give a clear representation of each item. Minor signs of wear may be present and are disclosed where relevant.

  • Pricing and VAT
    All prices are listed in euros EUR. Secondhand items are sold under the margin scheme in accordance with EU VAT regulations. VAT is included in the price where applicable and is not shown separately.

  • Price Adjustments
    MyLuxe may run promotions or campaigns. Prices may be adjusted, including reductions from commission, without prior notice. Sellers may also request price adjustments for their listed items.

 


 

3. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment methods including major credit and debit cards and approved digital payment providers. Payment must be completed in full before shipping unless otherwise stated.

For purchases exceeding €10,000, MyLuxe may perform a quick verification to ensure the security of your transaction. This is part of our commitment to providing a safe and trusted luxury experience.

Payment must be completed in full before shipping, unless otherwise agreed upon.



 

4. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

MyLuxe reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions in compliance with applicable laws.

Lost or damaged shipments should be reported promptly so we can assist you.



 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Online Sales
    Customers within the EU/EEA are entitled to a 14-day return period. Simply contact our concierge team, and we will guide you through a smooth and effortless return process.

    Returned items should be in the same condition as delivered, including original packaging and tags. Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage may be refused. Refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method once the item is inspected.

    If an item is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping.


  • In-Store Sales
    Items purchased in-store are carefully curated and generally cannot be returned. If an item has an undisclosed defect or is materially different from its description, our team will work with you to find a suitable resolution.



 

6. Pre-Orders and Sourcing

MyLuxe may offer pre-order or sourcing services for rare or requested items.

  • Deposits: Non-refundable unless the item is defective or inauthentic.

  • Final Payment: Due after authentication and confirmation of item availability.

  • Cancellations: Only permitted if the item is defective or inauthentic.

All terms and fees will be clearly communicated prior to confirming the transaction.



 

7. Gift Cards and Credits

Gift cards and promotional credits are designed to enhance your experience with MyLuxe. They are valid for the period indicated at issuance and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be credited back to the same card..



 

8. Authentication Guarantee


Every item undergoes our meticulous three-step authentication process. If an item is ever found to be inauthentic, we will promptly cancel the transaction and provide a full refund while assisting with return logistics to ensure a seamless experience.



 

9. Seller Commission and Fees


Listing your items is free on our platform. However, a commission and operation fee will apply upon the sale of an item. The following structure outlines the applicable fees:


1. Commission Rates:

  • First 2000 € of the item value: 25% commission
  • Above 2000 € of the item value: 10% commission


2. Operation fixed fee:

A fixed fee of 50€  per item is applied to cover a portion of operational costs such as authentication, cleaning and listing.

Example Calculation:

For an item valued at 5 000 €, the commission and fees are calculated as follows:

Notes:

  • Commission is non-negotiable and applies to all sellers.
  • The fixed operation fee is deducted in addition to the commission.

For items of a value below 2000 €, a fixed commission of 25% is applied. 



 

10. Sellers terms


Sellers confirm that all submitted items are authentic and legally owned.

Sellers are responsible for managing inventory and ensuring items are available and accurately described. Failure to fulfil confirmed orders may result in account restrictions or suspension.

All sales are final once a buyer has placed an order.



 

11. Buyer Terms


MyLuxe is independent and not affiliated with any brand owners.

Items are sold as pre-loved and described accurately to the best of our knowledge.

If a buyer believes an item has been misrepresented, a claim must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Valid claims may result in a refund following inspection.



 

12. Account Security


Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account details. MyLuxe is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse.



 

13. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your experience is flawless, MyLuxe cannot be held responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant item. Every step of our service is designed to prioritize your satisfaction and peace of mind.

 


 

14. Loss and Damage


MyLuxe maintains appropriate insurance for consigned items. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery. For returns, the buyer is responsible until the item is received and inspected.

 


 

15. Partnerships and Promotions


MyLuxe may collaborate with bloggers, influencers, or media partners. Items loaned for promotional use must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging. Damaged items may be charged at full retail value.

 


 

16. Watches and Special Items Warranty

Pre-owned watches sold without manufacturer warranty include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Misuse, impacts, prior damage, or straps are excluded.

 


 

17. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the MYLUXE website are owned or licensed by MYLUXE and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Use of Content: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website without express written permission.



 

18. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with EU GDPR and Finnish data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.



 

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki.

 


 

20. Termination of use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.
