Welcome to MYLUXE. We are dedicated to offering a seamless and exceptional luxury shopping experience. Below you will find our return and refund guidelines, designed to ensure clarity and confidence with every purchase.
Returns & Withdrawal
If your purchase is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been submitted, the item should be sent back to :

Certain items, such as exclusive and limited edition pieces, may not be eligible for return. These will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
How to Request a Return
- Log in to your MYLUXE account
- Go to My Purchases
- Select your order from the Ongoing or Completed tab
- Choose Cancel/Return and follow the instructions

Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
- In the same condition as received
- Handled only for fitting or inspection purposes
- With all original packaging, accessories, certificates, authenticity cards, and tags included
Items showing signs of wear beyond normal inspection may be subject to a value adjustment.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
MYLUXE can assist in arranging collection when requested.
Inspection
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon arrival.
If an item does not meet return conditions, MYLUXE may apply a reduction to the refund value or return the item to the customer.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible:
- Credit card, Bank transfers or Klarna payments are refunded to the original account
- Cash payments are refunded via bank transfer (transfer or currency fees may apply)
Refund Amount
Refunds include:
- The value of the returned item(s)
- The original standard delivery cost
Refunds do not include:
- Express or upgraded shipping services
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties, taxes, or local fees
- Promotional credits or vouchers used during purchase
International Orders
International (Outside the EU) payments are processed in USD. Refunds are issued based on the amount originally received. Any differences caused by currency exchange rates are outside MYLUXE’s control.
Estimated timelines:
- Credit card refunds: 7–30 business days depending on your bank
- Bank transfers: 3–5 business days
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer action or refusal of shipment, shipping costs, customs duties, or handling fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.
Important Information
Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as non-returnable, including bespoke or customised items, are not eligible for returns.
Authenticity & Security: For security purposes, additional verification may be requested for high-value or international purchases.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or local taxes applied outside the EU. These charges are non-refundable.
