Promotions, Coupons and Store Credit – Terms (myluxe.fi)

At myluxe.fi we may occasionally offer promotional coupons, discount codes, or store credit as part of marketing campaigns, special events, or store openings.

By using a coupon or promotional credit on myluxe.fi, you agree to the following terms:

1. Minimum Order Value
   Coupons or promotional store credits may require a minimum order value. Unless otherwise stated, the total order value must exceed the coupon value for the code to be valid.

2. Opening Store Credit Campaign
   Opening promotional store credit of €100 may only be used on items with a price greater than €500. 

3. Final Order Value Requirement
   Promotional coupons cannot reduce the final order total to zero or a negative amount. Orders must have a remaining payable balance after the coupon is applied.

4. Single Coupon Per Order
   Only one coupon, discount code, or promotional credit may be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined, stacked, or used together with other promotional codes.

5. Single Use Per Customer
   Coupons and promotional store credits may be limited to one use per customer, account, household, or email address.

6. Non-Transferable
   Coupons and promotional store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or other credit.

7. Product Eligibility
   myluxe.fi reserves the right to exclude certain products, collections, or price ranges from coupon eligibility.

8. Promotion Misuse
   myluxe.fi reserves the right to cancel orders, revoke promotional credits, or refuse transactions where promotions are used in an unintended, abusive, or fraudulent manner.

9. Technical or Pricing Errors
   In the event of a system error, pricing mistake, or unintended discount that results in an incorrect order total, myluxe.fi reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

10. Right to Modify Promotions
    myluxe.fi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, coupon, or store credit offer at any time without prior notice.
